LOL, the game footage I saw the announcers were talking about that. Said Davis should have been calling for it, so it is his own fault

How could everyone have taken that so calmly? Davis didn't appear upset; the Toronto manager didn't argue too adamantly; and the announcers were very matter-of-fact about the situation.

There must be something I am missing...
