This guy is kinda good. 8 IP, 3 hits, 0 BB, 0 ER, 14 K's and his ERA is below 2 on the season... just picking up where he left off last year. My goodness.

Yeah he's an absolute stud.

I called it last year when I first saw him pitch early on. Just flat out nasty. Shame the Twins couldn't have a pitcher even 1/5th as good.

^ Yeah Fernandez is great but Wood is pretty good himself.
Did anyone watch that game that was a classic Pitcher's dual.

They combined to give up 7 hits, 1 run, 25 k's and ZERO walks.

I don't see that happening unless MLB establishes a salary floor, which isn't happening.

I hope not. Have him in fantasy. Kid is becoming one of the best pitchers in baseball. Sure the Marlins will trade him just before he's due for a big pay raise

Yea our bats just go to sleep when he is on the mound. 2 straight starts he has went 8 innings and gave up only 1 run. And we have lost both of them games 1-0.

The guy barely has 200 career IP under his belt.

His career is off to a great start but he has a long way to go before MLB starts renaming awards after him.

ok im going to start a biased argument here by saying that fernandez pitching in the NL really helps with his numbers. im going to be biased and say that felix hernandez is the best pitcher in baseball, I would like to see fernandez play in the AL West where he has to face lineups like the angels and rangers not to mention the A's are pretty good or even pitch in the AL East against lineups like the red sox, yanks and orioles.

i said the same thing about clayton kershaw dont get me wrong he is a great pitcher but lets not over look hes pitching in a divsion that consists of arizona, Colorado, San Diego, and San Fran
