9 RBI. That's top 10 in the AL.

Okay. Ooookay. It's early. But, we've been seeing a gradual progression back up after he bottomed out in 2018.

Would I take a .260 BA with 25 HRs and 85 RBI after his contract looked untradeable over the winter between 2018 and 2019? Fuck yes.

And one more thing: if he keeps this hitting up and the Mariners fail to contend, we may be seeing the last 3-4 months of him in a Mariner uniform.

That statement is really out of context when someone says he is overrated though. Throughout his career he always does better starting mid to late May. April he always looks like he should be in AAA, until thus far where he looks like he has evolved as a hitter.

yeah..that..is what it usually is...seager....hits around 230..240...before..that was his 2 or 3 years slump(.ok i looked t up it was 4 years).he would hit 260--270

yeah...kyle is a goood defence at 3B..so..the fact that he can hit how he is right now....would be an excuse for the mariners to keep him...
and...justify's..jedis.faith in him

If you project his 2018 and 2019 stats over 155 games, which is his norm, the seasons would have looked like this:
2019: 33 HR, 90 RBI
2020: 23 HR 103 RBI. Also in 2020, he was striking out at a career-low rate.
