looks like briere and/or read are out of the lineup against the sabres tomorrow.. my guess is they'll both be out

to make room, looks like walker is being sent down (which is why i'm guessing they'll both be out.. he has to go through recall waivers if he plays another game as a flyer)

i really dont see the flyers going through the whole season playing minor league gymnastics everytime someone gets hurt.. somethings gotta change cause this is just ridiculous, and thats with pronger/betts/lappy/schenn all on LTIR

with the roster as wounded as it is, this is the time where shelley on the team doesn't bother me.. who else do you guys want to get called up? testwuide is hurt i believe, sestito just got suspended (5 games for hit to the head).. after that..? i dont mind saying shelley is the 17th most worthy forward to make the lineup on the team

I'm ok with Shelley if he just plays a tough grinding game and stays away from the stupid penalties....so far he's been better since the suspension.

Just as long as they play the same type of game as the last one they'll be fine until the injured players start coming back.

It was only one game, but he immediatley pitched in. He wont keep it up, but the man is one pace for 20 something goals. I'd like him with JVR and Voracek, even when Briere is healthy. Keep Simmonds-Danny-Read as a 3rd, HBL worked just fine on the 3rd last year
