Former Texas coach Augie Garrido, NCAA baseball's all-time wins leader, dies at 79

I know this isn't football related but this is where I interact with you Longhorns.

Augie was one hell of a baseball coach.

I never caught that he had a stroke earlier.

It really sucked going to lunch the other day and seeing his passing on the TV there.

Something I didn't know until I looked him up but her cut Kevin Costner from the baseball team in college.

Garrido was a friend of actor Kevin Costner from Garrido's days at CSUF (where Costner attended and was cut from the baseball team by Garrido).
