if any of your husker fans are fans of the NCAA Football series I found this demo gameplay online. thought you might be interested to see how the new portrays your team and stadium. thats always my favorite thing to check out when the new one comes out.

I'm always disappointed by EA when it comes to NCAA Football. They need to step their game up.

That being said, I thought they did an OK job depicting our stadium. I hate that they can't at least get the helmets right, though.

To be honest, why do people even play the NCAA football games/buy the new ones?

With all respect hear me out, because I can assure you that I bought NCAA 01-NCAA10 with the exception of NCAA 08 and 02.

With that said, the game has had DRASTIC changes from the 01 model to the 10 model. The biggest change occured from the 06 to the 07 xbox to xbox 360 switch. The changes to me made the game more complex and a little less fun, none the less I continued to buy them.

They don't have names on the rosters, which forces you to buy them or go download them from someone who had nothing better to do than type them in (which has room for error)

They don't accurately portray every player because there is WAAAAAAAY too many student athletes to account for. Wither or not they got the players race correct to wither or not they got the actual talent correct etc (speed, accuracy, break tackle) etc etc

And the game LITERALLY hasn't changed graphics from 08-Current.

Not to mention everything new they add to the game is always completely retarded, see NCAA2010's conservative, risk, normal mode on O and D LOL

I also stopped playing it because I always had an issue with getting flagged with celebration anytime I made a good play on defense.

no, but it all seriousness I buy every NCAA football game beacuse I simply love football and the games are always fun. I always like the upgrades they do to every season. Such as this year Autzen should have dark dark green walls with yellow writing on it instead of their old white walls with green writing. Also, Ducks should have more uniform options like our NCG jerseys and our civil war jerseys.

But most importantly i love the off the field upgrades they do every year. As when I do dynasty I am more interested in doing recruiting and the real life accuracy the game portrays during off field tactics. This years coaching carousel really has be excited.

As for the failure to have names on the rosters I think that is an obvious reason why they can't actually have that. Sometimes if I really want I will change the names to only the guys on my team, but that doesn't bother me because I know who they are just by their numbers. But I always do dynasty so after 4 years I have an entirely new roster with real names and so does the CPU. What I also love about the NCAA series is that I can actually do a dynasty for a long time, because it is only 12-14 games a season and you recruit new players. Unlike NBA, MLB, or NFL where it gets unrealistic as you do a dynasty because after a few years all the pros you have are gone or retired and you get computer generated players and pictures of computerized players on the roster.
