Herbert or Burrow?

Strongly leaning towards Herbert since he faces the Carolina defense.....

While Burrow faces the Chiefs defense.

Thoughts?

I would expect the Chargers to get out to a lead and mainly run the ball from there today. While the Bengals should be behind, they will be passing a lot. Burrow last week did get 200+ yards during a week that his whole team was off kilter.
