Help w/ FH trade proposal

OK, my hockey brothers, I need some help with a trade proposal, my only problem is that King Lundquist is hard to give up. Yes or no?

I give:

Brad Richards, Yandle and Lundquist.

I receive:

spezza, Lidstrom and Crawford.

Thought?????

Lundquist>Crawford
Yandle=Lidstrom for now.
In a keeper league though you go with Spezza,Lidstrom and Crawford imo even though Lidstrom may be done soon.
