So apparently Tua got his knee scoped today and is probably gonna miss Saturdays game against the UTards. Competiton back open probably.
Oh,it affected him last night. Couldnt step into and drive the ball in his throws. That TD to Jeudy on 2nd play was all arms. Also wasnt able to escape on the sack/fumble play....basically was stuck there and had to eat the hit.Even when he gets back if it robs his mobility that is a huge loss for Bama. They will go from unstoppable looking to just typical Bama.

Hurts is better than he was last year but Tua at 80% is still much better. So is Hurts the better option now? Or his passing so superior, even hobbled he is the better QB?
No Wisky running back is going to win the Heisman again until they actually win something on the field. System rb's are system rb's.
I do agree with Wiscy not winning a Heisman unless they win on the field. The guy they have as a RB right now is the real deal though. He carries guys and is next to impossible to bring down — he always seems to get positive yards.
Kid ran a 10.3 100 meter in high school and won the 100 meter state title in NJ at 215 lbs. Look up the video. It is hilarious — he wins by like 15 meters.

Ive got fat finger, must have accidently did it scrolling down. Why did you facepalm my post about Jonathan Taylor?
Another year and yet again I am being snubbed by the Heisman polls and posters on this site.
I wish it worked that way. Wisky was 12-0 regular season and Taylor didn't win a Heisman last year.
Honestly, as much as I've pointed out how Alabama hasn't been tested yet, it's even worse for Oklahoma. Who is their best win? None of their opponents are even remotely close to being ranked while at least A&M is getting a few votes. 4 of the 5 teams Murray have faced are ranked 80th or lower in defensive efficiency metrics.
Haskins has faced two defenses ranked in the top 30. Murray, Tua, and Grier have faced 0 combined.

Great, but the award was presented a week after he got 41 yards on 15 carries in a loss to Ohio State.
Meanwhile, Mayfield got 65 yards on 6 carries against TCU. Oh and he also had 243 passing and 4 td's.
If Taylor had 243 and 4 td's against Ohio St he might have got hardware.
Well, they were 12-0 while missing the top 3 teams in the East. That was probably it. Had they gone 12-0 with wins over Ohio State and Penn State, things might've been different.I wasn't saying that Taylor deserved a Heisman last year. It was more refutation to the remark that Wisconsin doesn't win enough to get another Heisman RB.
