I don't know dude, I think Washington has you here. Going to school in Wisconsin seems more like voluntarily going into a concentration camp rather than going to further your education. UW should be prestigious, not I don't have any money to apply for a real University.

2019 Top Public Universities in America

Washington is a good school at #16 for public universities — as you go down the list, you will notice another UW is ranked slightly higher though.
