I've always liked him, he's the type of guy every teams needs however until this season he wasn't living up to his true potential, playing with G will do that for a guy.

this is very good

and i jumped all over hartnell early in the season and for most of last season.. but i'll eat my words.. he's been incredible this season.. he's not even taking that many penalties.. at least that i'm noticing?

Every player has his shortcomings the key for a coach is to give him the best chance to play to his strengths....Lavy did this by letting Harts play with G and Jagr. Harts also did well with G and Leino we can't forget that so he must have some talent. This is why I stuck by the dude.....we need a few guys with grit love Simmonds due to this too. Maybe JVR can learn a bit....

This is a great thread...i waited to comment for a bit...Scotty...Scotty...when he beams up...he is amazing...and when he struggles he is not just bad...he is horrifing...lol...i mean scary bad...penalties...give aways...and falling everywhere...lol...its a love hate...at this point its hard to argue he has been amazing and a huge factor in there success but love him...guess when you marry them its for better or worst...lol...

I've defended Harts from the start, but to play devil's advocate here: His line mates are CLAUDE GIROUX and JAROMIR JAGR. What more can a guy ask for?
