It's going to be interesting going forward. Once players from last years class have to start making major contributions, half the class was rated 500th+ nationally and zero top 100 players (only 6 cracked the top 300)

This year is a little better but still way too many lower rated guys and not enough top end to make up for it.

They did pull 6 top 100 guys in 17, but that class is going to have a hell of a burden to lift with what's after them.

Unless player development somehow ends up astronomically off the charts.

Seriously though, I'm so fucking glad Urban is out of my life.

Breaking news: Notre Dame has hired Urban Meyer as their new head football coach.

"The first thing I am going to do is reinstate the yearly rivalry game with Michigan," Meyer said at his press conference.

“Michigan rejects Notre Dame’s request to reinstate the rivalry marking Harbaugh’s only win over Urban Meyer.”

It looks like Urban's departure from Ohio was the spark that lit the Michigan bomb. It took awhile for those big plans to come together, but Harbaugh had the right plan. Now, does he have even bigger plans for Michigan, or is he going to go after a Super Bowl ring?

I'm more impressed with your ability to resurrect a 5 year old thread.

I got the skills that pay the bills!

It is fun to watch the doomsday statements and predictions on Harbaugh. Heck, even I was thinking it might be time for him to go 3-4 years ago. I'm glad he stuck around to see his plan come together. I think it's easy to see that he learned a lot in those first 4-5 seasons and changed his system. He does great things with 3* and 4* players in the college system.
