Hip surgery. Really? We never tell the truth. I'm thinking he has a groin injury and tried to get by.

I don’t doubt his injury is really to his hip and that it has really made it more difficult to do his job. Surgery is always the last resort so if he’s at that point it’s a legit injury. My only contention would be with jumping to the conclusion that it’s the primary reason he shanked a bunch of XP’s. I suspect he’d’ve still had that problem even if his hip was 100%

My suspicion on the groin surgery is specifically having seemingly more trouble with extra points. The trajectory is higher and you really have to get the leg all the way through, even if much closer.
Just guessing since we never tell.....

I heard that it was a torn quad. He somehow did it during camps in May and tossed it off as a pulled muscle and by last week it was much worse.
