I am glad to have Rob Jackson and Jarvis Jenkins back from their 4 game suspensions, I think John Potter will be cut as well as Grumbs..I'm just hoping that the run defense plays a little better.
I too am glad they are back...Jenkins hasn't proven to be a big Difference maker since his Injury...>We had high hopes based on his Rookie Pre-season, then the Injury.....hopefully now a full year of playing on that knee, and he will show signs of what he did then, but......I am not counting on it....Right now he is just another important piece to the DLine rotation!!!! Rob on the other hand.......I like what he brings to the table.....If we can get him on the field with Orakpo, and Kerrigan......he definetly could be a difference maker..both as a rusher, and dropping back into coverage better then Orkapo....
I recall a pick Jackson made but don't really remember him being better than Orakpo at any coverage. If this is true then really it just enables Orakpo to pin his ears back and do what he does best.
People love to claim that Jackson is better in coverage than RAK. It's simply not true. Neither can man up on anybody as no OLB in football can match a RB or TE in their routes, consistently.
People think because Jackson had two picks last year he is good...simply not the case. The pass RAK dropped was not an easy pick because of how hard it was thrown. It is nothing like the gift Romo gave Jackson last season.

4 wow. That is actually very impressive. Back to the Romo thing...that had little to do with Jackson. The fake was more of a simple drop back to a zone.
