Bob Davie was interviewed last summer and he mentioned how the crime in Albuquerque, N.M., has affected the ability of the coaches there in ALL sports to recruit not only athletes but coaches to come play and or coach there. It's a VERY real problem and in this interview Davie barely scratched the surface on this topic - but he did bring it up in this interview:
