Here's what is confusing about NFL awards. The MVP award is specifically an award for quarterbacks and occasionally a RB but the ROY can be given out to pretty much anyone.

Obviously that's not what the MVP award is but it's certainly true that a QB can have a disproportionate effect on the outcome of the game. It's basically the same standards as ROY but, when your pool is limited to rookies, it's easier for someone at a different position to stand out.

Kyle fuller is one of the few bright spots on the bears. He looks like a future shut down corner. I think he could take DROY.

He looked good early in the season and I was impressed, but last half of season he has been dreadful IMO. PFF has him as lowest rated CB of 110 qualifying CBs.


For me it is either Donald or Mack for defense.

Barr has had a pretty good season as well... when there were rumors of him dropping in draft was really hoping he would drop to Packers.

Yeah, thats what Im seeing, too. I had Clowney, Mack and Donald as the top 3 prospects overall last year so its really interesting to see 2 of them shine and one of them no show.

The tape of Beckham coming out of college was ridiculous. It isnt surprising to see him breakout at all.

Not that the Giants did anything, but Beckham took full advantage of Cruz going out. Hill might of had a chance if he was a feature back all season. Giovani took too mant touches away IMO.

Martin was going to win it, which would have been amazing for a Guard, but with the way Beckham has gone crazy lately he runs away with it.

I think he has to be the runaway favorite on offense. Jeremy Hill gives him a bit of a run for his money with having an 1,100 yard season and 8 touchdowns but Beckham has him beat in both yards and touchdowns (given 2 different positions but still Beckham should win).

The NFL tosses out the old way of determining ROY, COY, and EOY and go retroactive to 2012.
Russell Wilson gets ROY.
Pete Carroll gets COY.
John Schneider gets EOY.

He is so entertaining it makes the Giants games something you want to watch just to see if he makes another wild catch, and he delivers. Imagine the Giants next season if they can escape some injuries and plug a few holes. The guy is just amazing.
