Lol. Where do I begin? Malkin multiple headshots and no suspension. Weber crushes dudes face in boards and no suspension. Both guys missed games as well. Giroux crushes Zubrus in the head feet on ice just raised his shoulder and gets one game. Zubrus came back and played. I have no problem with a suspension to Giroux. However, I have a big problem with the inconsistency of Shanahan and the NHLs discipline. I have no idea what to say? Hopefully we can rally as a team.

WOW. Compared to weber/malkin/crosby this was completely innocent. I didnt think G would get suspended. After the blatant missed calls yesterday, this is the proverbial salt in the wound. Was it a cheap shot? Yep. Was it embellished? I think thats obvious. Fine? sure. Supension? Are you freaking kidding me!?

That being said, I would like to see the following lines (but it probably wont happen):
Voracek.Briere.Jagr
Jvr.Schenn.Wellwood
Simmonds.Read.Voracek
Talbot.Couturier.Rinaldo

Reasons:
Wellwood has been our best COMPETITER this series. Briere and Jagr have played well on the PP in the past. Voracek's/Briere's energy could get that line going. Defensive nightmare though... Anyway, food for thought I guess.

i wonder if the flyers expected giroux to not be suspended and therefore didn't practice.. gotta think they would've practiced if they knew they would have to juggle lines
