All you can do is hold your head up high and move on to the next game.
The Giants have been worn down to the bone this year mentally and physically and all the bounces seem to have gone the wrong way for them. A strange bounce on a wild pitch and a guy scores from second base. A strange bounce off a outfielder and it lets a runner score. Giants did not do enough today to win but they keep fighting hard and they have showed some life on this road trip going 3-3. I saw some heads down after the game and after the last three wins they can not get down on themselves again. They have to take that energy from those three wins and build on that.
Crawford had a nice HR and Pence hit the crap out his 2 run HR over the carnival ride out in center field. Bumgarner did alright but the bounces did not go his way. Mr. P...Sandoval looks like he is ready to try out for the USA track team with more inspiring running scoring from 1st base on a double.
If I could tell the Band of Brothers something I would say...Mighty Giants of San Francisco that they are still the Champs .
Keep grinding , continue to improve , and fly home where the fans welcome home the Champs . Most importantly they need to hold their heads up high.
