New guy getting his shot in the top 6. Looks like Sestito is all right after the hit he took on Saturday. I guess Elias-Zajac-Clarkson now becomes our top line? All 3 of those guys really need to elevate their games and fill the void, Henrique as well.

They settled down a bit the second half of that period. We were trapped in our own end for the first ten, terrible giveaways and weak clearing attempts. The Carter-Gio-Bernier line is good but they can't get stuck out there against other teams top lines, they'll get slaughtered 9 times out of 10.

I get that Kovy wasn't on the PP, but what does that have to do with 2 horrific giveaways that luckily didn't lead to short handed goals? Are they that confused about who to give the puck to now? Better get that figured out.
