Shark proving we can still lose games. So in 30 innings so far since coming back to SF we've scored 4 runs (1 that dropped popup last night). Might need to hold off on guaranteeing a playoff berth.

I think what really gets everyone about Samardziga is he can pitch 6 innings and dominate 80% of the hitters he faces but give up 5 runs Argh.

A loss is a loss. It’s gonna happen from time to time. What I don’t want to see is extended losing streaks that make this run irrelevant. Pick up tomorrow, Mendez making his debut, and keep this run alive.

I was there today, at least it was a perfect day weather wise for the city

great fun... my seats are adjacent to the visiting team friends and family section. normally mets fans are a little out there - kinda subdued today. game moved along at a reasonable pace. weather couldn't have been better - yea yaz!
