McCarthy goes to Dallas and Garrett to Jersey. It would be a dream outcome if Rivera didn't go to Washington with Chase Young falling into his lap.

I'm not sure why eagles fans are giddy about this. Garrett has a 7-3 record in Philly and in one of those games the 1 seed was locked up and the starters were pulled before the 2nd half.

What in the world do Eagles fans have to fear from Garrett remaining in the division? Dallas was never a real contender during the entire tenure of the Garrett era because of Jason Garrett. I get to rest easy that while Barkley is one of the best RBs to ever play the game and is just in the early years of his career that at least he has Jason Garrett with him now to assure that the Giants will never really truly contend with him running their offense just like how Dallas never truly did either.

I get that everybody looks at Garrett's head coaching career in Dallas and understands just how mediocre things were but honestly, I think this might be a good thing for the Giants. I think being an OC is a better fit for Garrett. I could end up totally wrong but I want to see how he does out from under Jerry Jones. I think he can be a good teacher for Daniel Jones and can put the kid in good situations.

Eagles fans aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.

I hate to say it but I can see him having a lot of success. He'll get a team with some good picks, excellent RB and TE, promising QB, and pretty good WR depth. Slayton looks like he might be a pretty good WR. If they draft a good line and he can help Jones improve, it could be a pretty good offense and Garrett has a something to prove.

The Dallas D better know offensive play the Giants run.
Wouldn't you think that goes both ways? Garrett knows them too. Fwiw, I don't put much stock in any of that anyway. Coaches, players, etc move to other teams and I have really never seen it make a difference if they know a guys scheme or whatever. They figure out most of that just from watching game footage anyway and it often doesn't work for a different matchup.
