I love that they are running relatively the same line-up everyday, as opposed to the wedge way and having a different line-up every night.

Wouldn't be surprised if they pitch around Cano here, giving Smoak an opportunity with the bases loaded.

I bet some of the Mariners hitters are looking forward to it heating up a bit, I've counted 3 balls hit to the warning track by Ms hitters tonight.

That game felt like a game from last season. Bad hitting! Only one hit. On the flip side I am impressed with Elias, he looked good minus the homer.

Been impressed with the bullpen so far. Take away Noesi's numbers and the pen has been lights out. Been impressed with Elias as well. He seems to have more poise and moxy then Maurer did with the same opportunity a year ago.

I went to bed before the game was over.

What I take from last night was that pitching was excellent, and offense had an off day. I refuse to start thinking it's 2011-2013 all over again offensively yet.

I think credit is due Garrett Richards. He pitched well and kept the M's opportunities to a minimum.

Now, for the King to avenge some losses to the A's.
