The games it shows - are they the exact sames ones NHL Center Ice shows?

Ottawa / Winnie is not on Center Ice, so I wonder if I get it if I sign up for Game Center.

Anyone have a live link for it?

It shows EVERY game. The only exceptions are games which are blacked out due to them appearing on your local or national television. Please note that:
A) this applies whether or not you actually get that channel, so NHL Network will screw you out of games if you don't get it, and things like the Flyers game which is nationally televised on NBC but preempted by the Hawks here in Minnesota will also screw you out of games.
B) EVERY game in the playoffs is nationally televised, so there's that.

Games which are blacked out are available two days later, which is normally not bad but in a shortened season could mean you can't watch them until after the next day's game.

Edit: I don't know if there is a limit on number of games per week, either.
