Game #3 Raiders vs Patriots 9/27/2020 1:00 PM

The Raiders are 2-0 and handed the New Orleans Saints a thrashing Monday night 34-24 in Las Vegas.

They come to Foxboro and will present a team that likes to hit hard and wear down an offense.

Another tough games for the struggling Patriots, who still haven't decided whether or not to kick or punt yet.

Not sure I agree the Pats are struggling they lost to a very good Seattle game and had a chance to win it with 2 seconds left. If Josh makes a better call or Foils make simple field goal would you have used the word struggle? The Pats know how to deal with hard hitting teams, I am left wondering if Vegas busted their nut on NO.

This should be a great game. My biggest, and only, concern is can our defense stop another good offense. Nick Folk will get his shit together sooner than later. Gruden has to be looking at our defense and at least be salivating just a little bit after watching Russel Wilson torch us. Hopefully, our D is ready for it.

Waller is an beast and I think the defense will settle down once they gel. Sucks we are without our #1 WR in Tyrell Williams.....although Bryan Edwards has looked promising at times.

After moving center David Andrews and linebacker Josh Uche to injured reserve because of hand and foot ailments, respectively, New England decided to deactivate six healthy players for today’s game: Korey Cunningham, Dalton Keene and Jarrett Stidham will miss their third straight game, while Myles Bryant and James White will be out for a second week in a row. Anfernee Jennings, meanwhile, joins the list after having played a combined 11 defensive snaps in Weeks 1 and 2.
White is of course the biggest name on the list, and the only one who was declared out on Friday’s injury report. The veteran running back is still away from the team after his father was killed in a car crash last Sunday.

The five players listed as questionable heading into the weekend, meanwhile, are all good to go. Wide receivers Julian Edelman (knee) and N’Keal Harry (ankle), offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn (calf), defensive tackle Adam Butler (shoulder) and safety Kyle Dugger (ankle) are all on the game day roster.

The biggest takeaway from the Raiders’ list of inactive players is that tight end Darren Waller (knee) and running back Josh Jacobs (hip) are both active after being listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.

I am NOT impressed by Cam Newton at all this afternoon. I think Hoyer could have put two TDs on the board.

Cam's reads are horrible and he appears to be totally unaware of anything going on around him.

Bad, just plain bad football.

Maybe Gilmore should give back the $5M after a 36 yard INT penalty for the third week in a row.

36 -20 is a decent win. Not at all happy with the first half. They can't play like that and expect to win.

The Chiefs are next and it's going to be a tough week for them.

They play in Baltimore tomorrow night and the Ravens want nothing more than to punish these guys for backing into the Super Bowl last year.

The NFL wanted to be as easy as possible on the Champs and scheduled the game late instead of the normal 1:00 PM.

Then Denver Comes to Foxboro and the Patriots have a Week 6 Bye.
