Those two penalties they took didn't help one bit - that's the worst thing you could do early in the game, they didn't really give him much of a chance - bad turnovers and the defense did not hold the fort well enough - Nick Schultz has been substandard so far

Agreed not all on Mase but that's the worst I've ever seen him play. He looked more hungover than me today!

Oh don't get me wrong, Mase looked about as porous as I've seen in his time with the Flyers, but around the league, he isn't the only one tonight - Rangers bombed Bob for three goals early too so goalies have to get the kinks out

Panthers are also really good too - everyone has been sleeping on them - they have a chip on their shoulder because they know they were close last season and they can really see the light at the end of the tunnel right now

Mase clearly handed them a goal on that play and I thought he made obvious mistakes on the first and third goals as well.

What's truly embarrassing here is that we're not even getting any offense. We keep icing the puck repeatedly.
