Yippee we throttled a shitty directional/geographically specific team from the American Crap conference.

NO sunshine will be pumped here.

Saw plenty of plays where the OL didn't finish, plenty of plays with receivers not snapping the route and getting open, plenty of plays where the defender didn't even TRY to wrap up let alone strip the ball.

Don't know if they're fatigued or just disinterested...but this turns into a trend and we'll be surprised a couple of times.

Boomer Sooner but these boys need their hair lit on fire.

Reasons are present to be optimistic. Haven’t seen defense fly around like that in a long while. I saw plenty of mistakes but the attitude is definitely different, especially on defense. Murray looks good moving in the pocket. DB’s looked solid for the most part. A better QB would’ve gotten some plays on us in the first half, but I really only recall one really busted play. Probably should’ve been a TD though. Most improvement is week one to two so we’ll see next week. FAU isnt a trash G5 team though.

Always Leary in week 1 how things will go so it was nice to see them put it away early. Hoping for the same next week when Chipper comes to town

Remember when told everyone to pump the brakes on the Mike train? Yesterday wasn’t a defensive collapse like were used to but it was certainly a hiccup. Gotta see how conference play goes.

OL still very suspect.

Want to know why the defense is gassed? Because our offense can't run the goddamned ball like they need to...we can't chew up any clock. Yeah it 's great that we seemingly can score at will, TCB in a flash...but not having any balance on the offensive side of the ball WILL cost us.

I don't know if we need to run more sets utilizing Meier or what but that OL needs something. I knew when Alvarez started in place of Powers that we would be lucky to top 100 yards of rushing in the Baylol game. 175 total yards rushing with 70ish coming on two plays.

Bedenbaugh is going to have to work some fucking miracles guise.

On that note, there's something wrong with Sermon. He didn't hit the line like he usually does. I saw multiple instances of him reaching/breaching the initial line and not making reads/cuts like he usually does. 19 yards on 8 carries will find you a nice spot on the pine for the next game. Sutton must be in the dog house as he didn't even make an appearance?

texico is only giving up an average of 115 on the ground as we stand right now.

Lmfao. Told everyone to pump the brakes on the mike train. I’m done till they cut out the cancer. Hopefully the big money donors feel the same way.
