After watching these NE receivers, I suppose I should stop bitching about ours..... They are horrible. Brady deserves better.

I really, really wanted to put a bet on the Steelers +7, but I can't bring myself to bet against my own team. Everyone I know, even most of the Steeler fans, are saying the Bengals are going to cruise in this game. I just shake my head and say "Have you paid attention the last 20 odd years?".

Crown is great if you dig Canadian blends. Malt scotch is not for everyone, but since I acquired a taste for it, nothing else will do. My brand is Glenfiddich, the 18 year old version. Smoooothhhhhh....

Now as for college football, I made a big (for me anyway) bet on Alabama.....thought Saban had it circled in blood....started slow, but looks okay now.....

As for tomorrow, I think Arizona and Detroit will light it up.....over 48.5....I also like Carolina (-3) to put a whuppin on the Bills.....

Agree 100% about the Monday nighter. When the preliminary line came out for this game back in July the Bengals were -2.5.....now what in the hell has happened to move the line 4 1/2 points?

My alcoholic tastes are pretty simple: Whisky, bourbon, and rum. From time to time I will get a bottle of vodka or cognac. I can't even remember the last time I've had scotch. I'm not even sure if I've ever tried scotch. If I did, it was when I was raiding some parent's liquor cabinet way back in high school.

Tennessee got destroyed and my Illinois bet is a push...so things are definitely looking up for me. On the plus side, I did win about $70 playing poker Friday night.

I'll be at the HorseShoe today playin in a poker tourney. We ate at Tony's on montgomery rd yesterday with some poker winnings. The filet was excellent.
