Galette is just one of those dudes. I got friends like him. They love me to death, would fight in a minute for me, but I would never, ever, go anywhere with them to a bar, a party, or anything like that. I wasn't counting on him anyway, but with Murphy on the juice, Galette being Galette, and Smith coming off a quiet year, gotta think OLB just moved up the draft board a little.

Who would you take at OLB?

First, I'm giving the job to Smith. I tell him it's all on you now. You got a month to show me something before Murphy comes back.

I have huge questions regarding what Murphy we are getting back. The pre juice Murphy or last year's Murphy. Most of it is tounge in cheek with TM. My best guess is he jumped on a fat burner trying to get back to his OLB weight after being asked to bulk up for DE. We'll see.

As far as who I would take. Ryan Anderson, Lawson, Phillips, guys like that, who could be had in the 3rd or 4th. Galette got charged with disorderly conduct, not assult, but it just speak to where he's at mentally.

Not saying anyone is better or worse than the other, just saying all these guys have a past, we just need to do our homework. Those are the things they got caught for. What did they get away with? Doesn't make them bad people but does speak to judgment. We just need to do our homework. Not saying anyone should come off our board.

I feel like you're like me. You wanna take a risk on some high risk high reward players like mixon and McDowell for instance. That's how I've always been like in my fantasy games as well. I'm always taking risks

First off besides dean who the hell counted on JR ? Second who knows what the league will do if anything ? 3rd smith started 16 games last season so I think he had the job already . 4th , olb has been in play the whole time

Hell I have been arrested a couple of times and didn't mid a fight back in the day, it isin't the end of the world and if alcohol was involved ... well these things happen. The big deal is how Sheriff Goodell sees it and acts on the situation.

Manley, Lawrence Taylor etc. edgy type guys. I get it but I also understand today's NFL is different. Years ago you didn't have Tags or even Rozelle looking to punish guys. Although I like these kinds of guys you have to be aware that a team from the penal system is liable to be on the sideline why you are replacing those players with replacement player.

BTW, many of you who are for giving up a high round draft choice for Mixon ..... remember Gallete was charged with domestic violence. He was found not guilty but stuff like this is normally in your DNA. Just saying.

Not a huge deal - what bothers me most about it is - he's 29 years old, and this was a Spring Break event. It's kinda sad that he hasn't grown up. Just going to it at his age is worse than getting into a minor fight, imo. And to top it off, he runs away to try to not get caught. Dude... well, at least he didn't tear a tendon.

OLB was not in play at 17. Maybe after the TM suspension.
