Pettersson from NJ14

4-1

Of course they give it to TOTM, since i picked him to sit for a chance to see Kuz with Panarin a bit

Is it TOTM goal? Haven't seen an update yet.

The funny thing is Buster hits 20 and Kingsters rub one out, meanwhile you have a third round pick in the same draft who hits 20 and plays 5 minutes less a game.

Yanetti needs to change his name to Yasucky.

That's basically who was available. Literally Holly had no choice after watching Gavrikov leave and Spence giving them the finger. Which I don't blame BTW, he should have been playing way more than some other defenders. But Jill..

Who BTW is having a phenomenal season in Ottawa. Kings really got reamed on that one.

That's why Hiller sucked. All Spence asked for was a full time roster spot. Hiller just wouldn't guarantee it. So I don't blame Holland for that one. But I blame Robitaille for bringing in Holland. Letting Gavrikov go seemed also Hiller related, but who knows. It clearly wasn't just about money for Gavrikov. Which is why it was so weird Panarin only wanted to come to LA, and it was rumored that Gavrikov spoke highly of LA. So it still doesn't make sense to me. LA basically lost of top defenseman every year for 3 years. Walker, Roy, Gavrikov. Two of them for nothing, and then one just to dump the Cal Petersen contract. Absolutely hate the term on Ceci and Dumoulin. Cannot just hand 4 year contracts out like that. Ceci is so bad. He's just lost out there and I don't get it. At least Dumoulin has winning pedigree in his blood. Even though he's old.

It's still so maddening how last year was LA's year. Up 2-0 in the series, leading in Games 3 and 4. Home ice. Would need to lose 4 of 5 to blow it. Hiller shortens bench to unsustainable level over and over and over. Never learns. Does it every game of the series. Never admits it's an issue or that he'd change anything. Oilers go to back to back finals. Not saying LA goes to finals, but they might've given some teams a series.

This team isn't horrendous going into next year. But their goaltending and defense will be even older and they don't look all that strong this year. And they have no centers. So that doesn't look good on paper that they'll be able to find success like that.

Kings winning 4 of 5, and no regulation losses since the Utah beat down is not for nothing. They've given themselves real shot at the playoffs. Red hot nemesis next game against Edmonton.

"Next question" is what sealed it for me with Jill. Poor in game management, over his head strategically, played it way too safe in third periods, lack of player accountability and then self accountability to boot?

Dude should have never started this season as the HC.
