Don't be a jabroni.
Game day, 730pm start on FDS. Will miss this one, the kids are off for Thanksgiving week so we are headed to Knotts to grab some food, pass holder ornaments and a few rides if it's not jam packed. I'll catch the replay after we get home tonight.
Nothing new to report on the Kings front, expect the same lineup as last night but Kuemper will go. Copley reassigned to Ontario as expected.
The Bruins are on a WC swing and lost 4-3 to Anaheim and are losers of three of their last four. Jeannot comes home and I expect him to run rampant, Holly should have kept him instead of signing Armia, who I actually like, but Jeannot kept teams honest. But it takes two to tango and he wanted an increased role and that wasn't going to happen in LA. Or was it? I mean Armia played a handful of games on the top line until last night when he was moved back to LW4.
Super stud Essymont also coming back home, Kings draft pick in 2016 (5th round although he never suited up for LA). Dude has more goals (5) than Buster (3) as a B3 winger. Pathetic. I'm back on the full blown get rid of Buster train. Dude isn't that good for his draft position and sorry folks but expectations come from that position. If he was a third round pick I'd be ecstatic.
Korpisalo expected to start, and Mr IR Arvidsson is again...on IR. Lot of ex Kings in this game. Zadorov is a monster and has been messing people up as usual, Kings will need to keep their head up - 6'7" and mean, Kings need someone like that. Marco Sturm also comes back to LA as head coach, he was with the Kings from 2018-25 and spent a few years as the Reign head coach. Good guy, bad player at least for LA.
Prediction: Bruins 5-2, Kings about to warm up for the December slide. The next 8 games are in CA and I do believe will determine Jill's fate as HC. Kings goals by Buster on a fluke and Dummy. Kings completely out played physically last night, SJ really took it to them and finished every check. Need to play physical game in and game out but this team is soft.
Let's Go Kings!
