In response to Retroram's surprise over Sizemore's resurgence:
"Definitely Retro. Look for a Silver Slugger and possibly a Gold Glove this year, as long as the voters don't continue their negative large city-team bias that they've had the last 15 years. I mean Jeter has won over 20 Gold Gloves, and he has played for a relatively small market team his whole career. Hmmmmm"
Sizemore is now hitting .400/.455/.500 on the season. I'm not one to put too much emphasis on batting average, but he could be the first player to hit .400 in a season since Ted Williams.
