This may not be the appropriate board but it must be done, if there are any Marlins fans here or any knowledgeable baseball fans on this board that know a deserving player when they see one - Please go to MLB.com or the Miami Marlins website and vote in Casey McGehee as the final roster spot guy for the NL - Stanton made it, Alvarez got snubbed - PLEASE! get Casey in there - He more than deserves it.

It truly sucks that so many of our guys are deserving but didnt get enough votes because our fan base is just beyond lousy

would not surprise me.....thought it was 50/50. Look, he is not leaving Bosh and Wade in a bind. No way. Those guys would have opted out to get more than 40 million guaranteed regardless. He has not left anyone in a bind or at least not his friends. Cleveland would not be a bad option for him with their talent but it would take them at least two years to potentially win a title with the team's out west. It may allow him to win more fans over and become more marketable if he every wins there but there is no guarantee.

Unless they can pull trade outta their ass to get Love. But only if Lebron goes to Cleveland

don't believe everything you read. no need to move on. no one can sign yet. LeBron is worth a 1 year deal if that's all he wants. every year he has been in Miami we went to the finals.

everyone needs to chill. if he leaves.. okay. then we got 20+ million to fill out the roster. I don't think he is leaving.. but trust in Riley.

I've learned to never trust Broussard as he's about as bad as Bucher as it concerns sources.

Lebron would be a dumbass to go back to Cleveland. How do you go back to Cleveland after all of that shit. No one wants to go and play for Cleveland.

Houston Rockets have offered Bosh a max deal of which he is seriously considering.

I wouldnt be surprised if Bosh leaves especially anywhere in the state of Texas, where he is from.

In other news, the Heat continue to just sit there - Im no longer buying into this whole idea they are getting things done quietly - they are sitting around eating shit and will soon start to see their targets go elsewhere if they arent more proactive.

Saw that too about Bosh. Allegedly, his consideration of Houston's offer was in large part based a conversation that Bosh had with James. So obviously, Lebron is seriously considering other offers. Interesting....as the world turns....

This is what I think and how I see it: Lebron left his home state, took less money and did so for the sake of winning another title... I know Cleveland isnt precisely his “hometown” but close enough. If the guy left his home state and when about it how he did, I think it would be dumb to think he wouldnt leave the place he has already won multiple titles and could win more in.

Yes, they made a financial sacrifice for the ultimate goal in the sport, but lets face it - these guys are divas, when its all said and done, its the money they are after. In this day and age, the money is what these guys are after more than anything else - they care not about their legacy being tarnished, they just want the money and thats it.

This isnt the old days where guys were getting paid what is now chump change and winning championships was actually more rewarding than money.

Maybe not Wade or Bosh, but I have no doubt the ultimate factor in where Lebron goes will be money. Not winning titles or who Riley brings on board as help.

Thats just the truth. Whether you want to see it that way or not is on you.

I am more than prepared to at least see Lebron leave - the other two would be a bit of a shock.

guys-

don't get so worked up over stupid reports. nobody knows shit right now. the rumors out there all likely more self serving than fact. bosh/wade/LeBron aren't talking. Miami is doing their pitch to free agents. no one can sign for a few days. relax. we have the most money to spend in the league. Miami is a great place to live for a young rich athlete. we will be fine.

It's not just that. OTL just reported that the Heat are low balling Bosh. Offering $4yr - $80mil. Wanting him to take less than $15m per.

Says the guy that was so sure the Heat were going to win another title this year after taking all the shortcuts they did.
