Truly saddened when the news broke. Definitely a shocking turn of events when he had been celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception all season.

Thanks for all the memories Franco. He is forever a Steelers legend & icon. May he rest in peace. I had the pleasure of shaking hands with him numerous times & sharing a brief convo once in Latrobe. Very nice guy and always willing to glad-hand the fans.

Still no confirmation on COD, other than reports that it was "natural causes". Probably some sort of heart failure.
