Word is the locker of Jeff Francis has been cleared out and Roy Oswalt is moving in. Oswalt will get the start against the Nationals on Thursday

He didn't look too bad. It's nice to see guys swing and miss so much against someone wearing a Rockies uniform. Too bad the old, unfaithful road offense is showing up a lot more these days

The Roy Oswalt experiment hasn't seemed to work out for the Rockies......at least not yet. I'm surprised the Rockies aren't taking a look at Bud Norris. He only makes $3M a year and the Rockies would have control over him for a couple of years at least.

If the Rockies can come through in the pitching department, they have a very viable chance of winning the Division.
