From ESPN:

ESPN said:
Four people were stabbed in the parking lot at Sports Authority Stadium after the Denver Broncos' game Thursday night. Initial reports said one person stabbed was in critical condition.

The Broncos lost 27-20 to the San Diego Chargers.

The Seahawks have tons of undercover cops dressed as fans in the opposing teams gear to make sure shit like this does not happen.

The funny thing is, the fact that the local news media made such a big deal about it probably prevented more violence than the officers even being there in the first place. I'm sure people thought twice before starting something if they thought there was a possibility of the guy being a cop.

Denver may want to consider something along those lines. Really surprising that happened in Denver, that is something you would expect in LA or Oakland.

stabbings would happen in seattle. they would just be only peripherally related to the game. it would likely be PED drug dealers getting robbed and stabbed for coming into territory already controlled by other PED dealers.

I'm sure there were a bunch of other non-nfl related stabbings and shootings tonight as well.

This can happen anywhere. I am sure every team in the NFL has under cover cops and security working the parking lots. This could of happened so fast, cops could do nothing. With thousands of people around, the cops could have been 10ft away and not known what was going on. Fact is, this should not happen over a game!

Sad and ridiculous. You would think you could go to a game to be entertained and not have to worry about incidents like this.

Who the fuck brings a knife to a football game anyway? I thought the whole reason to go to a game was to have a good time.

I've come to the conclusion that we're outnumbered. I stopped going to Chargers games because it's just an excuse for rampant drunkenness and lawlessness. I have friends who've been going to the Chargers for many years and they stopped because it's just too crazy and violent. It's not like this at Titans games though. It might have allot to do with the fact that you don't exit out into a huge parking lot in Nashville. There many people take shuttles in or walk across the bridge to party downtown.
