Not a dumb question, and I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer since DAD has informed me how stupid and lame I'm becoming.

But, my understanding is he plans to ask the NCAA for a waiver. He only played a few snaps of the first game of the season, and left school. Essentially sitting out all of this past season.

Maybe with Luck at the NCAA... he can pull some strings for WVU... haha!
