Cowboys acquired CB Justin Green from the Patriots in exchange for DT Ben Bass.

A 2013 undrafted free agent out of Illinois, Green made two appearances as a rookie, spending the majority of the year on the practice squad. He'll have an excellent chance at cracking the 53-man roster for the Cowboys, who had depth concerns at cornerback even before the four-game suspension of Orlando Scandrick.

I watched that game- Im guessing I listened to the Pats broadcast or something. They constantly reminded their fans that the Pats supposedly had their way with the Skins all week leading up to the game. Dominating in every phase. Who knows if thats the truth or not?

I would expect more minor moves for teams soon. The 75 man roster cutdown date is coming after the 3rd game. So if you have a player you know wont make your team but might have some talent/value, now is the best time to get anything for him rather just cutting him. Doing so before the cutdown date allows the team you trade with enough time to evaluate the talent in the preseason.

well as a pats fan side of things.

They were saying they expect to put Bass on the practice squad. So in the long term it could work out for the Pats. Don't think anyone will try & claim an injured player & put him on the active roster.
