Is this just looking at Cable/TV channels? If so it's dying... outside of news (which is dead with Trump gone) and sports, there's basically zero things to watch on TV anymore... everyone (especially anyone 30s or less) is going YouTube, NetFlix, AMZN Prime, Hulu, etc. And yah you can buy 'TV' channels off those, but I have a feeling few people are (unless to watch sports/news). That's why they're advertising promos and FREE on it 24/7. Took a free month of YouTube TV a year ago for Football... canceled it.... 4 months later "Trial again?" LOL.

Best bet it do the @Hank Kingsley thing and marry a carrier. Things move fast. You can find a legit streaming company for 20% of cost of Sunday Ticket. Global resellers.

Edit: But you need a fast and reliable connection to watch the games.

With the plethora of time zones and the ability now to access those multiple earlier games reduces somewhat the need for Sunday Ticket up here.

Lots of games on regular cable and most of the big ones,

But I still get Sunday Ticket because frequently a game is missed on regular cable here and ST is there to bail me out.

Well they do have to say their "Football is Gay" marketing is working or else the gay mafia will electrocute them in a Mike Pence face mask. Can't really trust the numbers with gay terrorists involved.

TVs connect to the internet.
Anyone not watching online for free is giving free handjobs to billionaires.

Streaming sports is cheap but sucks balls for serious watching of multiple games.

I prefer to do it right.

Where are all the naysayers who were talking about how the NFL was dying on the vine?

Moving the goalposts and saying well network TV sucks so no one watches. It's called market share. NFL has been capturing it more and more and more every year for pretty much 15 years straight. And advertising price during NFL games has been consistently going up because of it too. The NFL having most of the top 50 most viewed shows in any given year is not even close to new.

NFL is RAKING it in like never before. And they dont even appear to be nearing their ceiling yet either. Laughable some of the arguments I have had on boards like this over the years on this subject. But I supposed if you are willing to believe an obvious lie about who did and didnt win an election, you are willing to believe a much smaller lie like the NFL being in trouble because of TV viewership numbers that are "falling".

I almost never find anything on TV that I want to watch.
Today I am recording Miami Dolphins and NASCAR race.
I will watch the Red Sox in division series at 4:00
I will watch the replay of Patriots at 7:00 on Game Pass.

Tomorrow I'll watch Miami recording.
Wednesday I'll watch NASCAR race recording.
Thursday I'll watch Buffalo.

I'm headed out now to the bright blue skies over Georgia, be back by 4:00! Enjoy your TV's!

I'm sure this partly to due with the fact that network TV is complete dogshit nowadays and more and more people just don't watch.
But it was so great last year that NFL ratings were down?

So, what politically correct move will the NFL make next to alienate the fans?

You have 3 generations of QB playing. The GOAT is on a competitive team, you have multiple top tier 'exciting' QBs in Josh Allen, Aaron Rodgers, Justin Herbert, Patrick Mahomes and Russell Wilson, you have both LA teams relevant, Dallas is relevant. You have 2 of the most gifted mobile QBs ever in Lamar Jackson and Kyler Murray. There are also only like 20 good CBs and maybe a handful of good LBers in the league. So offenses everywhere are popping and that makes Fantasy Football a more inclusive experience.

The past couple of seasons have been peak NFL. The only thing missing here is Big Ben finding his mojo

Now if only they could hold the penalties to a sane and constant level.
