I don't know how he gave Jimbo a big black eye, but then again I never agree with suspending someone for just being accused of something. If they are charged or there is enough evidence that they will probably be charged then maybe I can see it, but I never agreed with the policy of suspending players for being accused of something.

Why? While I agree if it is proven to be a false accusation the woman should go to prison for the same amount of time as the guy if it were proven r*pe, sometimes there just isn't enough to prove anything from either side.
