Obviously, Joja was a big favorite as they were way up in the ratings since last season. Then, they screwed the pooch against USC.

Still, was that just a really bad day? Even after that colossal fuck-up, I'd be tempted to call Georgia a 4 pt fav. I think the Vegas odds actually are at +4.5.

On the other hand, after a nice bye week UF has their DEs back and our best offensive playmaker (Toney) is back after a bad shoulder injury. Toney was sorely missed against LSUx as well as those DEs in the 4th quarter...as you all saw.

I expect this to be a defensive battle. Our defense has been pretty lights out, with the QB run being the biggest weakness. Really, I think this is the best defense in we've had in the Kirby Smart era. We don't have a vacuum cleaner like Roquan Smith, but everyone has been doing their job.

The South Carolina game was a perfect storm of bad playcalling and turnovers, and the next game against Kentucky was played in a tropical storm, so there really wasn't much to take away from that.

Lawrence Cager being back is big for our offense. He's basically our Javon Wims, and is Fromm's favorite target. He missed the second half of the SC game and the Kentucky game. He's that possession receiver that can get open. We still don't have a receiver that can stretch the field though, and that's a problem.

If we play a clean game and don't cough up the ball, I like our chances. If we turn the ball over and commit stupid penalties, it'll be a long game.

Ga is going to have to play tighter on pass defense and not give up the rinky-dink passes Fla tends to throw and then gives up big yards after the catch. The defensive line should wear down the gator offensive line and will take control forcing them into mistakes and hurried passes that will help Ga win by 10-13 points

I think it's gonna be a one possession game. Something like 24-17. But since that's what I think, it'll probably be like one of those Baylor-TCU games from the Art Briles era.
