/tangent ... golf courses ... the new pagoda ridge in Langley (BC)

i heard the co-owners on tv talking about it ... has a pagoda on the course, replica of the great wall of china that stretches for a couple hundred metres and a replica of an ancient chinese boat

so the owner is on tv:

"our dad really was big on asian inspired themes and so as a tribute to him we carried on his legacy in this golf course design ... we have the pagoda, the great wall and the chinese junk ... "

almost did a spittake before i clued in
