I've been swaying back-and-forth from my original pick of the canes. I'm just not sure if Ottawa can score enough goals in this series to take it.

That's simply from an eye test, it seems like every time I watched Carolina this season, they weren't giving up many goals or chances.

I probably am misremembering though, so give me the Sens in 7.

You're not wrong about the Canes. They don't give up much. Ottawa does not either (outside of soft goals, which both are prone to). Pretty much two teams mirroring each other in style.

I think Carolina is the best team in the East. If it was a round robin I'd take them pretty easily. I just think Ottawa is the worst match up for them this year though. Might be homerism but I don't see this as a typical 1-8 match up. Should be a very tight series.
