Man. I am going to have to see that again. I totally didn’t get that...
I think I prefer Gosling in a comedic role, though. His comic timing and delivery are as good as it gets. I really enjoyed The Nice Guys.

I haven’t seen it yet. Now that it is at Red Box and will likely be hitting the streaming circuit soon, I should see it soon.Finally watched it. Don't understand the controversy surrounding it. Perhaps it was interviews given by the cast but whatever. Wasn't bad.
Yeah, that's why I mentioned the cast. Had to be their statements. I didn't feel an American white wash based on the content of the movie. From what I remember of the controversy, it had to do with the American whitewash and interviews with the cast and crew basically taking all American pride away from the achievement. Again, I haven’t seen it, so I can’t speak directly to how it is handled in the film.
