Mine is embarrassing.

I was 4 or 5 when my grandma took me with one of her friends to see Kenny Chesney and Trace Atkins at a venue they had season tickets for(I saw a lot of great artists and good shows there over the years, and I'm sure I enjoyed this one at the time). Both of them had a few songs on the radio, but neither were really big yet.

First one I went as an adult and got to enjoy the full experience:

Hank Williams Jr, Eric Church and Jamey Johnson.
