Based on what tOSU did the whole season and their champs game, and what Clemson did their whole season as far as opponents faced. It does not solely count just head to head.

Based on wins, losses, a lot of different strengths of schedules.

I mean, how far off would it be of any final top 25 lists that anyone created here? A spot of two different, maybe three, for any certain team.

Even considering the tons that are out there in this composite list, its not that far off.
