Hope to make it there someday in the near future. One of the few ballparks I have yet to make it to

Hopefully you don't have long legs.... Get Monsta seats or standing room. lol

I had weekend box seats behind first base in 1990. Shared them with a friend and when they were home, we'd alternate Sat and Sun. I'd never do it again. Travel to and from Boston on a weekend isn't bad but I had to park in the North End and catch the Green line to Fenway. The seats were great and the games were good, but it screws up the entire summer and tickets for lousy teams are difficult to get rid of. Might be easier now that they have a winning and likeable team. I was only forty back then and it wore me down. I don't know how having full time season ticket holders do it. They must sell half or more.

Buy back program.... I will admit it is hard for me to find a seat that fits me with my legs. I'm 6'5" and basically all legs so seating is a problem

The history is there for sure, so many players have played there for the Red Sox. The Green Monster is one of the most iconic things in sports.

I made my first visit to Fenway last August for the Indians series. Loved it.

I'll be going to PNC in July. :)

That's just dumb fans voting who think oldest=best.

Place looks like a dump on TV, and I've heard stories of sewage showers in the stands. Only reason it ranks above Oakland is it doesn't double as an NFL stadium, but Oakland doesn't anymore now. Thank God for Tampa and Toronto still using astroturf or Fenway would rank last on my list.

You have to give this word of warning, and you think it's the best park?

Most history =/= best.

I love Fenway, but Wrigley is better.
Same vintage and much less industrial.

And they actually renovated Wrigley. Looks nice now.
Fenway has changed a lot in the 20+ years I've lived in New England, but it doesn't look as dramatically different as Wrigley does now.
They keep squeezing more seats into Fenway...trust me, stay away from the RF roof "box" seats. I should have known that seats I bought at a gas station would suck...

Was never at Fenway so I am thinking the people who vote on such things are either people who go there a lot or people who have been told it's a great place.

Personally, I don't know why anybody would even bother to do such a poll. The results are predictable.

Petco is underrated. Top 5 field in my opinion. If the Padres were even competitive half the time or were in a larger market that stadium would get more attention. It has the San Diego skyline as the backdrop and the western metal supply co. building fits in perfectly to the left field corner.
