5th Round draw: Two big gun going at it again.
Is that game in Chelsea?
I hope Millwall wins
Yes. The way they always list it is the home team first.
I know they say the draws are random, but looks like they are A) making it so "the little guys" can go further, and B) trying to set up a City vs Chelsea/ManU final.
Since Arsenal is out, guess I'll go for either Palace or Watford.
How do they determine home/road games
I feel like it should alternate.
Man U played the 4th round match on the road. Their 5th round match should be at home
Supposedly "random" draw. They draw the home team first, then their opponent. Usually it all sorts out, this one does, make you raise an eyebrow. ManU back to back away games, in London, Chelsea back to back games at Stamford Bridge.
But happens to others as well, Wimbledon, Bristol City and Doncaster back to back home games, Derby and Watford back to back away games.
Newport is playing City better than most Prem teams.
Surprised that Man City doesn’t have the lead at half against Newport.
Is that seriously another road game for United?
Yep. But we are assured by the FA that the draws are completely random.
But to be fair, City have to travel to South Wales back to back, (Newport County and Swansea).
Definitely hoping for either Wolves or the winner of Watford/Palace to take it all.
I hope I’m wrong on the Manchester games.
I got Watford vs City in the final.
With city winning that 25-1
I got Wolves in the final, edging out City, VAR will be in use.
I’d love to see watford win it all, but yeah. City come, city go, shit on people wherever they go.
Watford’s defense is terrible. City is going to pound them if they meet.
I think Wolves are good enough to take them, especially with City trying to focus on three different trophies. And it is the FA Cup anything can happen, a few years ago no one gave Wigan a chance and they beat City in the final.
That’s true. Didn’t city also lose last year to a lower division team before the final?
I just chose Watford because they are at home and can score. Wolves aren’t bad though.
