The heart of the issue appears to be: Does Pirelli's right to conduct tests supersede the FIA's ban on team tests during an ongoing season?
Not sure how much to read into this yet, but some Mercedes stockholders are making noises about wanting the company to pull out of F1 if the Tribunal doesn't rule in their favor.
