Extraction is a Chris Hemsworth action film to be released on Netflix on Friday, April 24, 2020:

This movie is.. not good. It's not good.

There are some things worth watching in the movie. The action sequences are actually really good. And the location shots were pretty cool.

But the plot is just atrocious. Honestly, Thor would have been more believable as the protagonist than Chris Hemsworth's character.

Also they seem to forget to explain the motivations of critical characters or make other characters so obviously ridiculous they may as well have named them "dead meat"

I put it on, but turned it off maybe 15 mins in. There simply was nothing about it that grabbed me.

The action tracking shots were really really good.

I was hoping for more. I have a bit of a man crush on Chris Hemsworth. He's got a real chance to be a superstar. But this film isn't getting closer to that. I'm sure Netflix paid him a gajillion dollars but man this movie makes Triple Frontier seem like an art house film.

I thought it was dumb but fine. Very thin plot but the action was good.
