Ordinarily, this spot is reserved for input for the upcoming game. It happens that nothing worth mentioning except good health in this meaningless game is in order, that is provided, final jobs and PS spots are on the line. With that in mind who's still fighting for spots on the 53 or PS?

Stating the obvious, the #2 QB battle has been ended.

Outside of that, I think we are looking at Jeffcoat trying to secure a roster spot, although that to may be a lock.

The only real things to be figured out in this game would be Oline depth, secondary depth. I might also think the jury is still out on trey Williams and how many RBs we carry into the season.

I expect a vinilla safe game plan for the most part as they are not going to do too much to risk injury to McCoy and I expect Matt Jones wont even suit up.

Rodgers job is definitely safe b/c Breeland is out Week 1. I think Ross should make it over Spencer b/c Spenser is hurt and Ross is the better WR. Bates and Jeffcoat will both make the team. I like this for our roster: Bubble watch version 6.0: Predicting the Redskins’ 53-man roster

Just Ross in for Spencer. As far as the practice squad goes. It should be Spencer, T. Williams, Coefild, and Plummer of the top of my head.

Judging by the 3rd preseason game it looks like Thompson is going to be the KO returner and Crowder/Roberts the punt returner. I see your point that Spencer brings a ST value but he has a concussion right now. If you put Ross on the practice squad he is as good as gone b/c of his strong preseason.

Good read. What is interesting is that Compton can be the 3rd TE(Blocking)backup OT. So they can release Hamm which is eligible for the practice squad. By doing this it frees up a roster spot. My guess is that Plummer will get that spot b/c of special teams.
